  In The City

I'm getting settled in to my new digs somewhat. I got bedding at least. Everything around here is outrageously expensive, but that's life I guess. With the exception of pizza. I found a pizza place that has the largest slices I've ever seen for 2.75, and I mean HUGE! I ate one and I was full. And I've been known to eat a whole extra large pizza by myself if that provides some perspective. I'm really not a fan of the bar scene, so I'm trying to work on a plan B. At 8 bucks a drink I don't think I can afford to become an alcoholic anyway. Maybe I'll start a club or something. I also went for a walk in morning side park yesterday and it was fairly pleasant. There was even a small pond with snapping turtles. Reminded me a bit of Davis. My roommates both have already secured jobs at top 10 law firms so they've kind of checked out from school it seems. Might make it difficult to concentrate but I think I'll be ok. I think I'll go downtown again today and play tourist in the financial disrict or something. Even though it's probably all closed on Saturday. I'll figure something out.

Curious? Then read on. If not go watch TV or find some other way to rot your brain :-P
