Feeling Crappy

I got called on in Torts this morning. Good thing I stayed up late briefing those cases. Civ pro and contracts were both dull, got breakfast during my lunch break and then suffered through contracts. Extra long day because then I had legal writing. That's when the headache started. I don't normally get headaches. It's still here 9 hours later. Not good. I was going to do my reading in the afternoon but I got caught up with other stuff and didn't accomplish anything. Then I had dinner with faculty discussing human rights work followed by a meeting with the Journal of Gender and Law. The article that I reviewed was soundly rejected. I was the only one who voted in favor of it. At least I took a stand. I was going to go to a Hillel learning session after but we'd run overtime and I needed to do my reading. Still haven't finished and pushing 1AM. Drat. Stupid Civ Pro. I did get the two committees I requested on senate, which was nice. I'm pretty sure most of the strain my body is under is mental, not physical. School just isn't that bad. Gotta do something about it. The brain pain that is. Ugh. Back to the books, here's to midnight oil...
