Blast From the Past

I was surfing the web and ran a google search on my name just for kicks. The only fun thing I found was an open letter I wrote in an attempt to stem the tide of anti-Israel and antisemitic events at UC Davis. The bad face shot seems to have been cut from a larger picture from a Chabad reception. It looks funny without the people standing next to me.

Ah the memories. Took two more letters and a year before the matter ever got settled. The professor in question isn't allowed to speak on the issue anymore on behalf of UCSF and he was sanctioned. Too bad they didn't fire him. So hard to bump off professors, they have too much power.
I also discovered that if I don't put quotes around my name I find half the medical centers and large law firms in America. Go figure.
