What I Learned From Dubbya

1) You don't have to be smart to make it to the top.
2) You don't have to be capable either.
3) Or even work hard.
4) If you are lacking in all measurable virtues, it doesn't really matter if you get to the top; no matter how high you rise, people won't respect you.
